Refund policy

We accept returns on most products, as long as the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (Name & Order Number)

If your returned product shows signs of use and cannot be resold as new, a 20% restocking fee may be deducted from your return price.

Please note, all returns must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase.  We cannot accept returns or issue refunds after 30 days.

Fabric purchases are cut to a customers’ desired length and are considered custom orders which cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund. If you feel there was an error in your order fulfillment (ex. color or length received was incorrect), please contact us right away. Fabric may not be refunded due to a misunderstanding in color choice due to monitor calibrations. We understand there will be shade differences between what you view on your monitor and what arrives, but we cannot be held accountable for such differences.

 30 days after delivery, all sales are considered final and cannot be returned or refunded.
