We will accept merchandise back for a full refund as long as it is still in new, undamaged condition. Please be sure to carefully package all returned goods to ensure they are not damaged during shipment. Shipping fees on all returns will be covered by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Merchandise can be returned within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days of delivery all sales are considered final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
If your returned merchandise shows signs of wear or use or cannot be resold as new, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your return price.
Fabric purchases are cut to a customers’ desired length and are considered custom orders which cannot be exchanged or returned for a full refund. If you feel there was an error in your order fulfillment (ex. color or length received was incorrect), please contact us right away. Fabric may not be refunded due to a misunderstanding in color choice due to monitor calibrations. We understand there will be shade differences between what you view on your monitor and what arrives, but we cannot be held accountable for such differences.
All sales are final on custom orders.
