I take classes and wasn’t learning as much as I wanted to. But between youtube, and this manual – I am able to push myself MUCH farther.
This has Lots I didn’t know and it was easy to understand.

I’ve been training silks for 1.5 years when I started reading this manual. It was a very good level for me. I learned a lot, but I was able to keep up too.
I was worried that it wouldn’t be easy to understand, but it is a very clearly written manual.

As an instructor I use this book all the time. Sometimes we can get in too much of a groove when teaching and always teach the same skills with the same variations, this book helps me to mix it up a bit! With it I can get my students to try different shapes in common skills that I wouldn’t have remembered. I also recommend it to my students who train on their own!
