I bought this book for my girlfriend. It was a great Christmas present and she loved it! I don’t know anything about aerial hoop dance, but I can tell that this book made her a lot better! It looks good and has good pictures.

The PDF took a couple days before I could download it (I was hoping for immediate access) but the lady I spokle with on the phone said it should have been sent sooner… I dunno.
When I did get it, it was really great though. The pictures are clear, the writing is simple and understandable. It’s all just, well done.

I have a tabless hoop, and most of the lyras where I train are double tab. This book has helped me play with so many different single point options that I’ve decided to use my tabless lyra as a single point rather than double! The pictures and instructions are so clear and easy to understand. I love it!
